About me

Hello, and thanks for stopping by
My journey into care began in 2015 where I was introduced to live-in care — a role that quickly became more than just a job. I was fortunate to work with a wonderful company based in the Cotswolds, where I received thorough and insightful training that laid a strong foundation for the care I provide today.

In 2017, I moved to Southampton. After a brief spell at Southampton Solent University, I found myself returning to what I truly love — caring. While I no longer offer live-in care, those early experiences taught me so much. Today, I use the skills I’ve gathered over the years — both professionally and personally — to offer thoughtful, personalised care in an individual's home.

Outside of work, I’m a quiet person that enjoys life’s simple pleasures. I live in Rownhams with my husband and our much-loved cat, who is also from South Africa and has settled into English life beautifully.

I’m a mum to two married sons and a proud grandmother to two wonderful little girls.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me sewing, scrapbooking, or making handmade soaps. I also love to bake and cook — from sourdough bread to ice cream, pasta, and the occasional sweet treat.
